How do facilities get paid?
Partners are paid for every visit Fitness Passport members make, with no cap. The more your members visit, the more you earn. Commercial details are discussed during onboarding.
Will Fitness Passport members displace my direct members?
Fitness Passport members are typically new audiences for partner facilities, arriving through their employer’s program rather than your local market.
What does setup involve?
A partnership agreement, check-in setup and a network introduction. Our team supports each step, and once you’re live, ongoing support is always just a phone call away.
Do I need new systems?
No. QR check-in is simple to run, and we can work alongside your existing booking or gym management system.
